Tuesday, August 05, 2014

Press release from the issuing company

Messe Düsseldorf will participate in GRAPH EXPO 2014 in order to promote its worldwide program of international printing trade fairs, including drupa 2016 (to be held from May 31 - June 10, 2016 in Düsseldorf, Germany) and All in Print China 2014 (to take place from November 14 - 17, 2014 in Shanghai).  At GRAPH EXPO booth 3643, drupa 2016 and All in Print China 2014 exhibitor and visitor information will be available. This includes drupa 2016 exhibitor applications for the U.S. Pavilion (organized by Messe Düsseldorf North America and co-sponsored by NPES, The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies). Brochures about hotel and travel arrangements for the show will also be offered.

After a strategic realignment, drupa 2016 – the No. 1 trade fair for print & crossmedia solutions - will be re-launched with a substantially revised nomenclature and a new key visual. With the slogan “touch the future” it will focus on the industry’s innovative strength and establish a platform for future technologies.  The drupa 2016 exhibit categories were revised and updated and are now divided into six main segments (formerly seven): pre-
press/print; pre-media/multichannel; post press/converting/package printing; future technologies; materials; and equipment/ services/infrastructure. All technical processes related to the areas of printing and crossmedia, the entire range of applications and business areas will be presented at the trade fair. Solution-oriented technologies and applications as well as innovative business ideas and best-practice examples will be the focus. At the show’s last staging in 2012, 1,844 exhibitors from 52 nations and 314,248 visitors from 130 countries took part.

The 5th All in Print China, China International Exhibition for All Printing Technology and Equipment, has developed into the most influential printing trade fair in China. Jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf Shanghai Ltd., the Printing Technology Association of China and the China Academy of Printing Technology, this event will give international companies the opportunity to enter the lucrative Chinese market and showcase their products to more than 55,000 attendees. All in Print China 2014 will present the latest printing technology advancements and trends on more than 860,000 square feet of exhibit space, providing a global communication platform for this industry.
