2014 Premier Print Award Winners Announced

Press release from the issuing company

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Printing Industries of America has announced the winners of the 2014 Premier Print Awards, the world’s most prestigious international print competition. More than 3,000 entries were submitted for judging.

Visit www.printing.org/ppawinners2014 for a complete listing of the 2014 winners.

This competition recognizes only the highest quality printed pieces in various categories. See a complete list of the 107 Best of Category award winners (Benny recipients) as well as a listing of pieces and companies that received Awards of Recognition and Certificates of Merit by visiting the official Premier Print Awards website (www.printing.org/ppawinners2014).

“In recent years, and especially in 2014, the volume of entries increased as well as the quality. I think these changes say that we, as an industry, are still evolving with technology,” Lisa Rawa, Vice President, Marketing, Printing Industries of America, said of this year’s competition.

“Today we’re seeing many more high-end pieces—more creativity, more visual aspects, technology like augmented reality, and customized campaigns. Print continues to marry with technology and prove that it is very much alive. That’s apparent when you see these 3,000 pieces that come in from all over the world.”

All Benny-winning pieces will be featured in a full-color publication distributed to 10,000 print buyers, as well as recognized in front of hundreds of industry executives at the Premier Print Awards Gala Featuring the InterTech™ Technology Awards, held in conjunction with GRAPH EXPO 14 on Sunday, September 28. The Best in Show will also be revealed during the Awards Gala.
