Synaps® Digital XM Polyester Die-Cut Patterns for Dry Toner/Laser Printing 

NEKOOSA, WI - Nekoosa Coated Products recently partnered with Zapco Die-Cut Paper Products (Smithville, TX) to create a line of Synaps® Digital XM die-cut patterns for dry toner/laser printing.

"Since Zapco Die-Cut Paper Products started offering die cut synthetics in late 2013, we are now seeing an increase in orders, custom jobs and an overwhelming interest in this product," says Zapco Die-Cut Paper Products' Vice President and COO, Shannon Zapalac. Nekoosa's Synaps® Digital XM is a polyester based synthetic paper engineered for dry toner/laser printing. Toner fuses with the synthetic paper to make the finished product naturally resistant to water, chemicals and grease. Synaps® Digital XM is commonly used for applications that require extra durability like menus, recipe cards, loyalty cards, outdoor signage, permits and manuals.  

Zapco Die-Cut Paper Products offers 25 of the most common die-cuts including menus, marketing materials and other multi-purpose patterns. Each die-cut pattern is available in 8 or 10 mil. Synaps® Digital XM in 25, 50, 100 or 250 sheet packs.

Synaps® Digital XM is compatible with a wide range of dry toner/laser presses and printers including Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kodak, Toshiba and more. Nekoosa Coated Products also offers Synaps® OM and PS for offset and HP Indigo printing.
