Conference attendees will be the first to see the newly designed toolset created specifically for managing production workflows in the packaging design industry.

ORLANDO, FL - MetaCommunications will be showcasing the latest release of Workgroups DaVinci, its pre-press, production, and packaging management software at EskoWorld 2014. This version includes dozens of new features and furthers the integration with Esko's Automation Engine and WebCenter.

"At the moment of ideation, packaging teams can use Workgroups DaVinci's dynamic resource scheduling to effectively prioritize and assign tasks while creating and distributing project schedules," said Robert Long, President of MetaCommunications. "The system continues to manage the project through the pre-press production phase and the new integration allows for a seamless transition into the final stages that are controlled by Esko's Automation engine."

The company looks forward to continue expanding their Esko integration and is excited to be showcasing this new toolset available for packaging professionals. Attendees are encouraged to stop by their booth and ask for an interactive tour of some of the other new features, including:

  • Advanced Workflow Routing
