Graphisoft Presents New JDF-based Solutions

Orléans (France), 6 April, 2004 -- Exhibiting at Drupa for the 4th time, Graphisoft demonstrates once again its technology leadership by presenting new solutions which seamlessly manage all information from your printing equipment thanks to JDF to your customer relationships with Graph’email. JDF Integration Graphisoft MIS, Integrale, speaks “JDF” with production systems: all the knowledge regarding the production method of a job, contained in the job ticket of Integrale, can be automatically transmitted to the equipment. In return, Integrale collects the data concerning operations effectively performed. Keying-in is therefore no longer necessary avoiding the mistakes and the waste of time it represented. The information is totally reliable allowing better profitability analysis. A full CIP4 member (www.cip4.org), Graphisoft has also joined NGP (www.ngppartners.org): a partnership which allows us to accelerate the implementation of integrations based on JDF. Today we offer two operational JDF connexions: the link with prepress and the link with the printing machines. Testing is completed or in progress with all the market leaders. For prepress: Creo, Agfa, Esko Graphics..., for printing: Man Roland, Komori, Heidelberg, Ryobi, KBA, Mitsubishi... Connection with finishing machines is on its way.
