SPRINGFIELD, MA—The Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC) recently hired Clyant Sirois as Member Services Coordinator and Brian Westerlind as Communications Manager.

Sirois holds degrees in Marketing and Advertising Communications from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to joining the PPC team, he served as HR Specialist at automotive manufacturing company, as well as legal assistant. In his capacity as Member Services Coordinator, Sirois is in regular correspondence with members, fielding concerns and ensuring member satisfaction. Additionally, he assists in maintaining the PPC website and social media accounts.

Westerlind graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA, with a BA in Communication, Media, and Cultural Studies. During his studies, he interned at a Boston-based public relations firm, where he assisted in executing communications initiatives for several clients. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Manager of a coffee house. As PPC’s new Communications Manager, Westerlind crafts content for blogs and social media pages. He also disseminates relevant news and information to trade magazines and other media channels.
