EPMS Takes Its Enterprise MIS to a "Higher Level" with Enki

Press release from the issuing company

Middleboro, Ma - EPMS a market leading developer of print MIS has made arrangements with ENKI, an international provider of cloud services , to offer high performance managed cloud services to EPMS clients who prefer to have their software applications managed in a hosted environment.  EPMS places a high premium on customer service, support, and successful implementations and sought a relationship with an experienced cloud services provider with the same philosophy.

According to Craig Andersen, COO of EPMS;  “ While not for everyone, having a software application hosted “in the cloud” can provide huge benefits to printing companies who require enterprise-level infrastructure and IT operational support.  We selected ENKI as our preferred Managed Cloud Services provider because they pay the same high level of attention to customer service and implementations that we do.  Cloud hosting from a reliable company can save our clients money on both hardware infrastructure and IT staffing to manage software applications.  We were especially impressed with ENKI’s “Concierge Onboarding” for new clients.  We also like having access 24x7 to a Tier 3 engineer that understands our application.  Their pricing model is highly competitive and suitable for just about any size and type of printing company.  We are very pleased to have partnered with ENKI because it gives us the ability to offer our clients an option to host their Enterprise MIS in the cloud.”

Chris Poer, VP of Sales and Marketing for ENKI also commented on the arrangement:

“We are excited to work with EPMS.  ENKI and EPMS share a similar philosophy when it comes to providing flexible solutions to their clients.  No other product offers the drill down capabilities and user customization features of Enterprise.  To support this approach, ENKI has tailored three different deployment models for EPMS, based on client size.  However, if none of these don’t perfectly match a client’s requirements, we can easily customize the required amount of resources to support their Enterprise application and insure they are not wasting any money on used resources.  In addition, You can tell they clearly value hiring the best possible people with in-depth industry experience.  ENKI is similar in that regard, having been in the Managed Cloud Business since 2006 and founded by pioneers in the SaaS industry.”
