Press release from the issuing company

Birmingham-based direct mail fulfilment and print management services provider, Baker Goodchild, has launched its new customer-interactive mobile website, which is already receiving fantastic feedback and response from visitors to the new digital platform.

The new mobile website, which can be viewed at www.bakergoodchild.co.uk contains a host of exclusive features for Baker Goodchild customers, including contact forms, enabling easy online enquiries to be processed, videos which explain Baker Goodchild’s services and allow viewers to meet the team, a blog update and also another new feature, Infographics.

The Infographics feature provides visitors and customers with regular useful updates and information on a variety of topics, including direct mail, print management and postage solutions.

Customers and visitors can also find out about Baker Goodchild and their background and services, as well as being able to see what offers are available to them across the Baker Goodchild service platform, whether they are enquiring to see the latest offers available for their small, large, or bulk mailing postage requirements.

According to Baker Goodchild Managing Director Lorraine Burnell, some 35% of Baker Goodchild’s online customer traffic is now generated from either mobile phones or tablet devices, underlining the popularity of the new mobile website.

Lorraine stated, “Since the launch of the mobile website in the past few months, we have experienced a high demand of enquiries from both mobiles and tablet devices, with in excess of 5,000 unique visitors per month coming through to us via these devices. That number is also increasing every month,” Lorraine added.

The mobile website was designed by leading SEO and web design company, Rice Media, who are also based in Birmingham, and who have also helped build and develop self-improvement mobile sites for TV personality, Paul McKenna.

Based in the heart of Birmingham, close to the city centre, Baker Goodchild is a privately-owned company with over 19 years extensive experience in providing print, mail and postage solutions, throughout the UK and Internationally.
