Cox Printers Implements VeraCore Order Fulfillment Software

Rocky Hill, CTVeraCore Software Solutions, Inc. announced today that Cox Printers, located in Linden, New Jersey, has successfully implemented The VeraCore Fulfillment Solution to manage its growing order fulfillment operation. Cox Printers is one of New Jersey’s oldest and most well respected graphic communications firms, offering a wide range of services and specializing in one of the most demanding verticals, banking & financial services. 

Cox Printers had been supplying all printing and fulfillment services to a large regional bank for many years. This included the printing and distribution of hundreds of forms and collateral items used by their branches, as well as the material used by the bank’s financial division. With this much inventory to manage, Cox was looking to make improvements in the way materials were distributed to the bank’s ever growing number of branches. 

The team at Cox anticipated the need to invest in a robust warehouse management system, and also sought to streamline the ordering process for the bank’s marketing department and branch managers. Beyond simply needing an on-line ordering platform, the bank’s marketing department also desired real-time access to their data, and more direct control over the management of their fulfillment program, so that they would not have to depend on their fulfillment vendor for every little thing.

After an exhaustive selection process, the decision was made to implement The VeraCore Fulfillment Solution. The benefits of implementing VeraCore were felt immediately, by both the Cox fulfillment team and their client, who easily adopted the new technology. Cox created a customized storefront with VeraCore’s Order Management System that allows the branch managers and financial service professionals to easily order their forms and literature. In addition, VeraCore’s seamless integration with the cloud based web-to-print system from PageDNA® enables branch managers to order their business cards from the same platform, while the VeraCore Warehouse Management System’s support for barcode technology and integration with UPS® Worldship, ensure that the Cox fulfillment team fulfills each of the bank’s orders accurately and efficiently.

VeraCore’s numerous reports and dashboards provide the bank’s marketing department with detailed information that supports their day-to-day decision making and facilitate long-term planning at the bank’s corporate office. The transition to VeraCore has also provided the marketing department with greater control over their fulfillment program as they can now perform many basic administrative functions independently.
