Online Printer Growll Introduces Automated Direct Mail Service

Press release from the issuing company

New Website Simplifies Mailing and Enhances Print Purchasing

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Growll, a one-stop-shop for high quality printed material, has launched a new website featuring a fully-automated direct mail service that may revolutionize online printing.

Growll’s website helps its customers prepare mailing lists in real time by putting de-duplication, National Change of Address (NCOA) checks and Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification at their fingertips. Customers no longer need to send a list to a printer, wait for turnaround and hope for accuracy.

“Growll is committed to helping its members print up to their potential,” said Growll President Jordan Finn. “With our new website, we have given them capabilities that don’t exist elsewhere and simplified the often tedious mailing process.”

Growll is one of the only online printers providing automated list cleaning and mailing services. The functionality allows a customer to determine actual postage amounts and to save a list for future use.

Founded in 2003, Growll produces a complete range of marketing products, including business cards, brochures, post cards, pocket folders, flyers, and more. The company’s new website streamlines the ordering process. When a file is uploaded, a print-ready PDF proof is returned within minutes. Once approved, the piece goes immediately into production and an estimated completion date is provided. Growll also offers real-time updates, eliminating the need for phone calls and emails.

“Our customers are running businesses, agencies or just their lives and have more important things to focus on than their print job,” Finn said. “We’ve made printing simpler and, just as importantly, we’ve made it cheaper by lowering our pricing.”

Growll is a members-only site but registration is easy and membership is free. Members receive coupons and access to exclusive pricing and packaging. The company primarily works with designers, advertising and public relations agencies, print brokers, smaller printers and photographers. Every job is printed in Growll’s South Carolina facility.

If there is a question about a job, customers can talk to support specialists at Growll’s offices.  Live chat is also available on the website.

“Our customers can count on us to deliver a quality product every time,” Finn said. “It’s that consistency that keeps our customers working with us so consistently.”
