Nexpress To Offer New Digital Seminars At Drupa 2004

HEIDELBERG, Germany — Visitors to the Drupa 2004 trade show will have the opportunity to learn more about the latest opportunities in digital color printing through a comprehensive series of seminars by NexPress Solutions LLC. The one-hour daily seminars will focus on maximizing digital color printing opportunities, creating new revenue streams through Web-to-print and achieving operational efficiency using digital workflow technology. “With a trade show the size of Drupa, we wanted visitors to have a chance to take away some comprehensive information about digital color printing that they wouldn’t normally get on the show floor,” said Chris Bondy, Director of Print Solutions & Services, NexPress Solutions LLC. “These seminars will give print providers a range of information and knowledge to help them take advantage of new business opportunities enabled by digital production printing and efficient workflows. Powering success.” Seminar Series Open To All Attendees Each seminar, which will be open to all Drupa show attendees, will include a 30-minute presentation, followed by application demonstrations and a question-and-answer session. The seminars include: - The Opportunities of Digital Color Printing. This seminar will showcase NexPress 2100 press users who have successfully integrated digital color printing into their businesses. A range of case stories will demonstrate such applications as Web-to-print fulfillment, on-demand short runs and high-volume variable data printing from commercial print shops, digital service bureaus and in-plant printers. - Creating New Revenue Streams through Web-to-Print. This seminar will feature the experiences of customers who are benefiting from NexPress 2100 Web-to-print applications. Case studies of McDonalds and United Stationers will demonstrate the success they have achieved by using Web-to-print applications. - Achieving Operational Efficiency through Effective Workflow. This seminar will demonstrate how print providers can seamlessly integrate a digital workflow into a commercial print business to help them operate more efficiently. In addition to the above seminars, visitors can schedule one-on-one appointments with NexPress representatives at the show to discuss workflows in more detail and receive in-depth workflow demonstrations.
