The Stanford Advanced Project Management program takes approximately 15 months to complete and provides advanced skills and practical instruction on the processes, organizational structure, and tools that assure that project work yields desired business results.

  • Convert project management capability into a competitive advantage
  • Manage cross-functional teams in a global context
  • Improve project productivity and profitability

“Program topics include areas ranging from program and risk management to strategic planning and managing effective teams as a leader,” explained Joe. “Being a program manager on one of Classic's major accounts, I felt it was important to sharpen my skills in managing complex situations pertaining to the print management situations we interact with daily. As many of us know, the landscape is only getting more and more complex so it’s imperative to continue to evolve as a leader fine tuning the skills it takes to manage and lead cross functional teams particularly as my role evolves,” added McCready.

“It made perfect sense for Classic to invest in this training,” commented CEO David Pitts.  “We’re pleased how Joe took the initiative to earn this designation and are eager to see the results he achieves for both our internal teams and ultimately our clients.”
