Streeter Printing Wins Top Honors at Print Image International Excellence Awards

Press release from the issuing company

SAN DIEGO, March 30 -- Streeter Printing, of San Diego, is proud to announce their recent accolades at the 6th Annual Print Image International Excellence Awards. Streeter was awarded Best of Show and two top honors in the "Special Innovation" category. Chicago-based Print Image International is one of the nation's largest quick and commercial printer associations. Streeter Printing entered two of their most interesting projects into the running this year -- one of which won both Best of Show as well as First Place, Special Innovation. The second entry was awarded Second Place in the same category. The two winning entries, designed by San Diego-based Evolve Marketing Group, showed, "clear superiority in quality, design, creativity, color preparation and finishing," according to Print Image International judges. The Best of Show winner will be featured next month on the front cover of Quick Printing Magazine, a national publication. "Working closely with Streeter Printing has allowed us to push the limits in our designs," said Jenny Carlsson, V.P. and Art Director at Evolve Marketing Group. "We are always confident that Streeter will find a way to make our ideas a reality without sacrificing quality or service." Streeter, who has been a member of Print Image International since 1980, is no stranger winning awards. They have won several in the past five years, many of which have been considered Best in Category. In addition, Streeter was the recipient of the Certificate of Merit at the 2003 Premier Print Awards, the graphic arts industry's largest and most prestigious printing competition worldwide, hosted by Printing Industries of America (PIA). The winning entry was designed by Masterson Creative. "We are honored to have received such wonderful accolades," said Adrienne Streeter. "It is such a pleasure when we are able to make creative ideas translate so beautifully into print. It says something about our staff's experience and dedication to our customer's projects."
