Press release from the issuing company

Demo Room Provides Immediate Access to Up-to-Date Product Information, Gives Viewers Online Comparison Scans

Rockville, MD - Contex, the world's leader of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, today announces the Contex Demo Room, a virtual demonstration environment for all Contex products. Now live, the Demo Room is a valuable tool that allows distributors and resellers to virtually demonstrate the company's award-winning scanners and solutions, even without access to the physical scanners. For group presentations or impromptu meetings, users have access to rotating 360-degree images of Contex wide format scanning solutions, as well as videos, buyers' guides, and case studies and competitive reviews. The site also boasts an Image Compare feature that shows how an image will look after being captured using different types of technology from Contex and its competitors. It also displays the results of specific Nextimage software features.

"Demo Room provides immediate access to everything that resellers and distributors need for excellent product demonstrations," comments Steve Blanken, General Manager, Contex North and South America. "This is an outstanding tool for our channel to have the information they need for every scenario."

Demo Room is a valuable support for distributors and resellers to showcase Contex's scanning solutions, with or without access to a physical scanner. It enables feature comparison of Contex scanning and imaging solutions to those of selected competitors. Its graphics-rich user interface also allows a demonstrator to explain the products' key features in a local language, using local terms. Product information such as updated data sheets can be emailed to prospective customers from within Demo Room.
