Business Advisory Team Conducts Nationwide Executive Search to Help Illinois Company Fill New Leadership Position

 Alexandria, Va. & East Rutherford, N.J. – Liberty Creative Solutions of Tinley Park, Ill., has announced the appointment of Carl Daniel Hill as General Manager, a new position created in response to the company’s significant and sustained growth. The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) Business Advisory Team was retained by the company to help it fill the position and conducted a nationwide search to find an individual with superior management and leadership skills.

“We wanted someone who would assume total oversight of the manufacturing side of our business, including all hands-on operational aspects, and who would assist us in achieving our continued aggressive and successful growth initiative,” says Liberty Creative Solutions Chief Executive Officer Angela Hipelius. “We believe that Carl Hill fits the position perfectly in terms of his enthusiasm, experience, and leadership capabilities.” Hill most recently served as General Site Manager - District 5523 Safety Leader at Corn Products International, Bedford Park, Ill., a division of Aramark Corporation. He was previously International Business Manager at Innovachem Trading, LLC, in Chicago and served in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including Mainland China - General Manager and Greater China Director of Operations Manager at Eastman Chemical in Tianjin, China. Hill received an A.S. Degree from Thornton College, South Halland, Ill.; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Governors State University, University Park, Ill.; and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School Business.
