Finnish speciality cartonboard producer Pankaboard has announced that it is to exhibit at this year’s Packaging Innovations exhibition for the first time, marking the first appearance of its UK sales team, following the opening of its new UK sales office in Nottingham last year.

The show will see Pankaboard exhibit and display information about its innovative and diverse speciality paperboard product ranges, which includes folding boxboard and groundwood based speciality boards, as well its uncoated and bleached speciality boards.

Pankaboard’s presence at Packaging Innovations underlines the commitment to the UK market, and forms part of Pankaboard’s plans for growth and development in the UK packaging sector throughout 2014 and beyond.

Commenting on Pankaboard’s appearance at the show, and what customers can expect to see exhibited on the stand, Pankaboard’s Vice-President for Sales and Marketing, Christer Nordman, stated, “We believe the Packaging Innovation exhibition is the right forum for Pankaboard to further introduce our wide product range to the packaging and converting industry in the UK. Members of the Pankaboard UK sales team, including UK Regional Sales Director, Mark Aubrey will be available on the stand to welcome, meet, greet and handle any customer enquiries, as well as being able to provide detailed information about the company’s diverse and unique product range and product availability.
