Automated Graphic Systems Installs New Xerox iGen4 Press

Press release from the issuing company

New iGen4 underscores company’s commitment to investing in latest printing technologies

WHITE PLAINS, MD - Automated Graphic Systems (AGS), a Consolidated Graphics, Inc. company (NYSE: CGX), today announced the installation of a new Xerox iGen4 digital press. The new iGen4 equipment joins one digital press plus an advanced Prosper 5000 XLi Inkjet web press currently in operation at AGS.

“In a world where marketing is becoming highly personalized, the installation of the iGen4 further supports our reputation as a leader in offering the latest in digital, variable printing technology to our clients,” said Katie Kriemelmeyer, president of AGS.

The Xerox iGen4 Press excels at high print volumes, offering a print width of up to 26 inches at speeds of up to 110 impressions per minute in full color.  It is capable of print quality that rivals offset output and will provide an additional option for AGS clients looking to augment their multichannel marketing and communications programs.
