Albany, NY  – Velocity Print Solutions has partnered with Renewable Choice Energy to support the growth of renewable energy projects in the U.S. and reduce the environmental impact of the electricity we use. By purchasing renewable energy credits (RECs) from Renewable Choice, Velocity is taking responsibility for the emissions generated from its electricity use and helping change the way energy is produced in the USA.  The purchase of over 900,000 kWh of American Wind REC’s, which is equivalent to offsetting 1,044,813.85 lbs of CO2 has an environmental impact that is similar to:

Planting  12,152 tree seedlings and growing them for ten years or

The Removal of 98.73 passenger vehicles from the road for a year
