Glunz & Jensen acquires NES Worldwide Ltd. in UK

As of November 18, NES Worldwide Ltd. in the UK will be part of the Glunz & Jensen Group. This acquisition is part of a strategy to expand and consolidate the company ?s position in the offset prepress market, and to establish a solid platform for after sales service in the UK/Ireland.

NES Worldwide Ltd. is an innovative and competent company that employs 12 people. For the past 20 years NES Worldwide Ltd. strength has been to develop and manufacture dedicated offset thermal plate processing and plate line equipment.

NES Worldwide Ltd. delivers high quality products to the global prepress market, and has developed a series of unique processor solutions. NES also delivers service for end?users in the UK, and this fits right in with the Glunz & Jensen “Life time support strategy” to expand their service to also cover the UK/Ireland market.
