MEI Supports Publishing Platform Integration for Condé Nast International

Press release from the issuing company

Magazine giant manages production workflows, integrates with digital publishing tools supported by MEI

Jenkintown, PA -? Managing Editor Inc. (MEI) today announced the expansion and installation of the vjoon K4? Cross-Media Publishing Platform at Condé Nast's global market divisions. The installations are the result of an agreement between MEI and Condé Nast International that allows Condé Nast publications to expand K4 into the European, Asian and South American markets to adopt the powerful cross-media workflow management system.

"We reviewed our options closely and realized that vjoon K4 was ideal for our purposes. We needed to introduce workflow management that would integrate with the systems we already had in place, and the combination of MEI services and vjoon K4 seemed like the best choice," said Condé Nast International CTO Malcolm Simms. After a six-month assessment across all markets, Condé Nast International chose K4 and MEI's professional services as their workflow solution -- MEI will install the software, train local teams and provide technical support.

"We're very pleased to lay the groundwork for harmonious production across Condé Nast's international markets with this installation," said MEI CEO Dennis McGuire. "vjoon K4 will be a real benefit, and we hope to bring the same advantages to any other publications that choose to integrate the K4 system."

"We are delighted by the work MEI has done to structure this global deployment of vjoon K4," said vjoon CEO Andreas Schrader. "We're looking forward to all the Condé Nast International titles benefiting from this worldwide initiative."
