Kinko's Teacher Discount Registration Goes Online

Press release from the issuing company

DALLAS, Nov. 17 -- In celebration of American Education Week (Nov. 16-22), Kinko's is making it easier for teachers to save money by extending registration for its free Educator Savings Program to the Internet. Kinko's Educator Savings Program gives teachers 20 percent savings on most products and services, thus providing relief for teachers who often dig deep into their own pockets to purchase printing and school supplies for their classrooms. By visiting www.kinkos.com/educatorsavings , teachers and administrators from kindergarten through college can register for the program and download their free discount card. With the Educator Savings Program discount cards, teachers will save on black and white, color and oversized copies, finishing, posters, signs and banners, paper and select office supplies. According to the National Education Association, teachers spend an average of more than $400 of their own money each year on classroom supplies. Daniel Greenlee, director for Kinko's Education Solutions, said the discount program can help ease that burden. "Teachers routinely go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide meaningful learning experiences for students," said Greenlee. "Kinko's has a legacy of supporting education in our communities, and the Kinko's Educator Savings Program offers a critical resource to help teachers and their students get the most out of their class time together." Program brochures including the discount card are also available at participating Kinko's locations nationwide. Educators and administrators interested in learning more about how Kinko's can help their schools reduce costs through the Kinko's Educator Discount and Kinko's Education Solutions may call 1-888-KINKOS-1.
