Graphic Resource Inc Announces New Digital Finishing Line

Press release from the issuing company

Grand Prairie Texas - The company, located just outside Dallas TX. and its affiliate, Graphic Resource International, announce the introduction of our DIFL – Digital Inline Finishing Line. The DFIL is a size-reduced version of the Inline Finishing Line that is produced by GRI for Web Offset Presses in the Magazine and Newspaper market.

Some of the enhanced features will include a Digital Imaging Tower that is designed to provide variable data at speeds up to 2000 fpm. The GRI design is intended to protect the imaging area and extend Ink Jet Print Head life.

The available modules will also include Expandable Unwind and Rewinders, Rotary sheeters, Die cutters, Label Applicators, Perforating and Folding units. Press widths can be from 17 inches to 21 inches wide for the narrow web press market and up to 40 inches wide for the full web press.

Also just released is the GRI Spider- A new and unique Mail Sorter. This is the high- speed system that will run 1500 fpm and sort or up to 2000 fpm running straight through. It replaces the delivery section of an existing rotary cutter or it can be integrated with a new rotary cutter. This cost saving devise eliminates the need for expensive delivery tables. The system is available in single and double modules.   The Spider was so named because it uses spider wheels to separate the product.

All of the designs can be utilized inline or near depending on the customer needs

Graphic Resource began in 2004 reselling previously owned inline finishing equipment for Cold Set, Heat Set and UV web presses. The company expanded into remanufactured web offset presses, having recently completed completely rebuilt Harris V30, Sanden, and Didde VIP presses. Our recent acquisition of Web Press Parts and Harris Web Parts enable us to manufacture parts for all web offset presses. Our future plans call for expanding into sheet fed parts as well.

The new equipment will be manufactured in our San Bernadino, CA. facility.
