Lanier Worldwide Enters Multi-Year Agreement With Firstchoice Cooperative

ATLANTA, GA, November, 2003 – Lanier Worldwide, Inc. announced today that it has signed a three-year marketing agreement with FirstChoice Cooperative and Innovative Co-op Group (ICG) to be the sole contracted vendor for healthcare-related document management solutions, products, and services to FirstChoice and ICG members. FirstChoice Cooperative and ICG are committed to achieving $5 million in annual revenue with Lanier in the first twelve months of this agreement. Lanier Worldwide, a leading document management solutions company, offers a complete line of document management applications for healthcare organizations, including secure printing and faxing, scan-to-PDF and host printing. All solutions and applications are designed to help providers, payers, and clearinghouses reduce document costs, streamline workflow, and facilitate compliance with HIPAA guidelines. “This agreement represents an excellent opportunity for Lanier to gain presence among FirstChoice and ICG members,” said Lanier Corporate Account Manager – Healthcare Tom Harris.
