Premier Communications Group Wins Silver Award in the Annual Gold Ink Awards Competition

Press release from the issuing company

ROYAL OAK, Mich. - Printing Impressions magazine, producer of the annual Gold Ink Awards, announced that Premier Communications Group (PCG) has won a Silver Award for its entry in the Media Kits category, titled 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray World Debut.

“The Gold Ink Awards is recognized as one of the print industry’s most prestigious competitions, and we’re honored to be named among the winners,” said Randy Fossano, president, Premier Communications Group.

“From the new Corvette badge that was emblazoned on the outer sleeve, to the custom serialized plaque that featured an actual fender badge from the Stingray, our team set out to create a stunning piece that captured the truly historic nature of the vehicle, and I’m proud to say we accomplished that.”

PCG was selected by General Motors to design and produce the press kit for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray unveiling at the 2013 North American International Auto Show Media Days, as well as an exclusive preshow event.

PCG was tasked with creating a custom package fashioned of deluxe materials to reflect the sleek and luxurious feel of this seventh-generation vehicle.

This year’s Gold Ink Award winners were chosen from more than 1,000 entries submitted within 46 different categories. Evaluation criteria used to determine winning pieces included print quality, technical difficulty and overall visual effect.
