BOSTON, MA., November 12, 2003 - Fidelity Capital announced today that it has sold OPserver, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise output management systems, to Emtex Software Inc., one of today's fastest growing document workflow and output management solution providers, with offices in the US and Europe. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Moving forward, OPserver's FlexServer enterprise software will be incorporated into Emtex's portfolio of solutions, which includes Emtex VIP and Emtex VDE. Although the solution will be integrated, FlexServer will continue to have its own dedicated development, support, and consulting teams. This will allow for the ongoing enhancement and support of the FlexServer product suite while ensuring a seamless transition for existing customers.
