Kodak Services Executive Appointed to Prestigious Industry Association Advisory Board

TSIA welcomes Mike Massey to its Field Services Advisory Board 

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Michael Massey, General Manager, Global Technical Services, and Vice President, has been appointed to the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) Field Services Advisory Board, joining executives from HP, EMC, Oracle, Cisco, Tokyo Electron America, Lexmark International, and Carestream Health.

TSIA’s Field Services Advisory Board, representing the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, works to strengthen the support and field services disciplines within the technology services industry; improve the operating and financial results of support and field services organizations; and enhance support and field services careers by defining important industry issues, trends, and opportunities. The board also advises TSIA executive management on how best to deliver field services solutions to TSIA members through programs, research, communities, and events.
