GMC Software Technology North American User Conference Delivers Critical Insight into the Future of CCM

Press release from the issuing company

Well-attended conference focuses on industry trends and new technology

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today that GMC Inspire users from a variety of vertical industries attended its annual North American User Conference held September 8-12 in Chicago.

The GMC User Conference allows GMC customers to advance their knowledge and usage of GMC’s technology. Users from banking, healthcare, insurance and print service provider markets attend educational seminars relating to industry trends and discover how GMC's latest solutions and future technology built on the GMC Inspire platform can help them expand their businesses by delivering easy-to-implement multichannel communication solutions that drive business growth.

“Our annual User Conference is a fantastic opportunity for our customers to adopt and respond to the market shifts that are moving them into new services and technology,” said Jamie Harris, vice president of diversified services for GMC Software Technology. “GMC, its partners and select customers presented more than 30 sessions ranging from the popular ‘Tips and Tricks,’ to new solution discussions, to best case uses and how to better serve your customer base.”

The Demo Room, which was staffed by GMC's technical experts and received great reviews from attendees, offered a live look at the solutions discussed throughout the conference. Two standout technologies were Inspire Dynamic Statement, a ground breaking solution that provides a highly innovative way for print service providers and enterprises to broaden their service offerings through interactive electronic documents; and Inspire HybridMail, which offers the ability to realize a cost savings of up to 60 percent by collecting all desktop mail within a business and sending it to a centralized location, such as a designated service provider, to carry out the printing, folding, inserting and posting, saving time and money.
