Pitney Bowes Management Services Becomes Novitex Enterprise Solutions

John Visentin Appointed Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

STAMFORD, Conn., Novitex Enterprise Solutions today unveiled its new brand and announced the appointment of John Visentin as executive chairman and chief executive officer. Novitex, formerly Pitney Bowes Management Services, delivers secure, technology-enabled document and communications solutions that improve work processes, enhance customer interactions and drive growth. The company was recently acquired by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC.

Visentin brings extensive experience managing multibillion dollar business units in the IT services industry, including senior executive roles at Hewlett-Packard and IBM Corporation. Most recently, he was executive vice president of HP Enterprise Services.
