Crawford Technologies "Competitive Upgrade Team" Sees Success

Press release from the issuing company

CrawfordTech's 'Competitive Upgrade Team' (CUT) sees 260% growth in new business coming directly from competitors

Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies newly launched 'Competitive Upgrade Team' (CUT) is bursting at the seams with new customers coming directly from competitors that have driven away business through end-of-life products with no migration path to the new ones, and escalating licensing fees. Since 2011, Crawford Technologies has seen an increase of 1,800 combined new customers and licensed products installed.

Demand for CrawfordTech solutions from organizations replacing competitors' products was so high that the company was forced to create a 'Competitive Upgrade Team' (CUT) in 2011. The CUT team implemented a program to ensure that new clients are able to seamlessly transition over to CrawfordTech solutions. CUT developed a range of conversion and immigration tools to assist customers in moving over from products provided by CrawfordTech's four largest competitors in Enterprise Output Management (EOM).

"When I started this company 18 years ago, I made a commitment to always treat people fairly and to run the business with integrity. Customers across the globe are savvy and recognize dishonorable practices such as price gouging and giving misleading information," said Ernie Crawford, President of Crawford Technologies.

"Our new customers know they have a choice, even though previous vendors may have attempted to mislead them into thinking there was no alternative or, at least, one that that was achievable in the tight time lines given. We take pride in being honest and ethical and it is really paying off."

CrawfordTech is best known for three promises it makes to its customers:

  1. We price our solutions fairly, based on the value to our customers.
  2. All our software uses open interfaces, runs across all platforms and is developed with an open architecture.
  3. We market our software on a component basis so customers are not forced to change their entire operation just to add some new functionality in one area.
  4.  We always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

"We pride ourselves in providing the best solutions, post-sales support and professional services in the output management, archive and document accessibility industries. It is why in our most recent customer survey, our customers rated us 9.5 out of 10 in customer support," said Stuart Warner, Vice President of Sales, Crawford Technologies.

"If you aren't experiencing the level of customer satisfaction and solutions capabilities your business deserves, then we personally invite you to let us prove our capabilities and give you a chance to experience why so many are moving over to Crawford Technologies."
