Tri-Win of Dallas a Perfect Match for MCS

Press release from the issuing company

Company installs its third read-print system for a triple win.

GAITHERSBURG, MD - MCS, Inc. is pleased to announce that Tri-Win of Dallas has installed its third Perfect Match read-print system. Tri-Win specializes in printing beautiful direct mail at top speeds, and their three Perfect Match systems are key to an accurate output.

One of the fastest growing, privately held mailers in Dallas, Tri-Win is a complete direct mail business with expertise in customer lists, design, printing and mailing. The Company has been in business since 1996, and has recently expanded their space by moving into a beautiful 58,000 square foot facility in Dallas, where they combine high speed variable data, offset and web printing. They serve many industries, but in particular, their clients are from the auto loan business, insurance, and non-profit fundraising.

This adds up to some very large production numbers. One of their larger clients produces 3 million personalized, window envelope letters per month. "These jobs require 100% accuracy, because the documents are legal in nature," says Russell Honeycutt, Director of IT. "The pieces are laser printed and then inserted into #10 envelopes - and the MCS Perfect Match system performs the integrity verification in-line with the inserter. We have several Flowmaster and other inserters to handle volumes ranging from 10-15 million total pieces per month. For our closed-faced envelope insertion jobs, the MCS Perfect Match systems will also print the addresses in-line using its read-print functionality", he added.

Tri-Win has been a client for over five years. In that time, they have expanded their client work and their acquisition of MCS equipment. Honeycutt has high praise for the company: "We felt that MCS was the leader in inkjet systems, but also the leaders in camera systems. We trust MCS- we can talk to their owner, Dave Loos, at any time. In fact, he will call us to ask our opinion about something as he is developing his next product or improvement. He really knows the industry and the applications that are prevalent in the direct mail industry."

Tri-Win's business has evolved from inkjet printing of envelopes, to in-line matched mail over the past few years. "Now the matched mail is the fastest growing part of our business. What's more, our output is three times faster," claims Honeycutt.
