Seattle, WA - Metrix Software, developer of Metrix®, the intelligent, automated job planning and imposition system, announced today that Metrix 2013.0 will be demonstrated at the Print 13 exhibition in Chicago, Sept. 8-12. Metrix Software is located in Booth 4439, and invites customers, partners, and print professionals to drop by and have a look at Metrix 2013.0 and discover how it can boost productivity and profitability.

Rohan Holt, President of Metrix Software, said, "We look forward to heading out to Chicago again to meet with our customers, partners, and printers who are looking for solutions to the inefficiency and low profitability plaguing our industry. Engineering priorities at Metrix Software have always been determined by the needs of our users, reflecting the needs of our industry, and the feature set of Metrix 2013.0 is no exception. We are very proud of the partnership we have with our users, who process thousands and thousands of orders with Metrix every day - more efficiently and more profitably than they ever could before. Metrix 2013.0 will again move the bar higher, knocking down yet more barriers to efficient, sensible, and eventually, automated production."

Metrix 2013.0 includes the following enhancements:

    •    Instant assignment and reassignment of Products to Layouts.
    •    Ability to select multiple Products/Layouts/Components and alter multiple properties at once.

    •    Support for Windows 8 and Server 2012.
    •    Many more...

Metrix customers who have seen a sneak peek of version 2013.0 have been unanimous in their praise for the new software, citing improved ease-of-use and faster handling of last-minute changes as the most important advancements.

After looking at the beta, we were very impressed with the number of enhancements that add up to a more refined software solution.
