“As a product management professional, I spend much of my time evaluating competitive technology. I was attracted to GMC because of its industry-changing innovations with the mobile and social aspects of customer communication,” said Draeger. “I look forward to being part of GMC's goal to develop solutions that support the financial services and insurance companies as they continue to find improvements in the ways they communicate with their customers.”
