AlphaGraphics Brazil Selects Pressero and eDocBuilder for Web-to-Print

Aleyant solutions to be deployed B2B and B2C to all 25 locations
Wheaton, IL. Aleyant Systems, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry at value-driven prices, today announced that AlphaGraphics Brazil has adopted its Pressero and eDocBuilder web-to-print solutions for deployment across its 25 locations.
“We were seeking a solution that would be easy for our franchisees to use,” said Rodrigo Abreu, who holds the master license for AlphaGraphics in Brazil. “While we have a number of web-to-print solutions around the network, we were looking for a way to unify our offering that could handle both B2B and B2C projects. Pressero is that solution, allowing our corporate and franchise centers to quickly customize sites for individual customers. And with eDocBuilder, our franchisees and their customers can easily create and customize templates as well as produce variable data.”
Abreu points out that not only are these robust and well-tested solutions but they are easily deployed internationally. “We have a number of international customers,” he says, “and some of them are already using Pressero so it makes it very easy for them to work with us. In addition, Pressero is HTML5 compliant, making it easier for us to develop and integrate web-to-print portals for our customers.” Another decision criterion for Abreu was Pressero’s ability to integrate with third party payment and shipping systems.

AlphaGraphics Brazil has already started training its centers and Abreu is pleased with the quality of the training and support the network is receiving from Aleyant. “They are committed to customizing the solution for the Brazilian market,” he adds, “and we have access to a variety of training modes, from in-person to videos and webinars. Brazil is a large country and travel and logistics can be difficult. The access to self-paced online training is very important to us.”
Pressero from Aleyant Systems is an affordable and easy-to-use cloud-based B2B or B2C online storefront solution that can quickly and easily be customized to individual client needs. Because it is delivered as Software as a Service, it has a pay-as-you-go model that involves limited up-front costs.
Pressero is enhanced with the addition of eDocBuilder, a web-based variable data publishing and online design solution built specifically to easily integrate into web-to-print or MIS solutions. eDocBuilder runs on tablets, laptops and desktops. Aleyant has engaged with a growing number of partners who have incorporated eDocBuilder and/or its web-to-print storefront Pressero into their solutions.
AlphaGraphics will also be exploring how it can use Pressero Automated Workflow Integrator to easily integrate with their solutions and to add automation that takes touches out of the order-entry-to-production workflow. This includes integrating with the three ERP solutions franchisees can choose from: Metrics from EFI, or Utility or Bremen which are local Brazilian solutions.
Abreu concludes, “I tell my people, with the AlphaGraphics brand, the Pressero solution and the support from Aleyant, we can proactively build web sites before a customer even asks. I tell them, ‘If you believe a customer is likely to take advantage of a web portal, simply build a demonstration site for them and go talk to them.’ We already have customer files so it is easy for us to create a sample site with their own information, and that is a powerful sales tool. With our Aleyant installation, web-to-print should be an automatic part of every sales cycle and customer engagement.”
