Creel Recognized for Excellence with Four Gold Ink Awards

Press release from the issuing company

LAS VEGAS, NV - Creel Printing has received multiple honors in the 2013 Gold Ink Awards, the print industry’s most prestigious competition. Following up on wins in previous years, Creel will take home two “Gold” and two “Bronze” merits. The “Gold” is given to the single top performer in each category.

For 2013, Creel’s “Gold” accolades were for its impeccable production of the haute-couture fashion magazine Flaunt, and for the cover of the publication produced for the UFC Championship match of Silva vs. Sonnen. As high-value collectibles, both pieces required painstaking craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Its “Bronze” awards were for the companion Silva vs. Sonnen event program and the winter 2012/2013 cover of the fashion magazine V.

Prestigious and competitive, The Gold Ink Awards are pursued by enterprises across the globe and are used as a baseline among discerning print buyers. Work is judged by industry experts, based on print mastery, reproduction quality, technical difficulty, and overall visual effectiveness.

“We are driven to deliver superior products that help our clients best promote their offerings and build a commanding brand image,” said Allan G. Creel, President of Creel Printing. “We are proud to be trusted with these high-visibility opportunities—and to be recognized by such distinguished honors.”

“Our team is committed to delivering the very best product, every time,” he added. "And we enhance it with our continually expanding options in print, web, and mobile marketing opportunities.”

Founded in 1953, Creel Printing is one of the most tenured and awarded family-owned enterprises in the world of print. Ranked among the top 50 commercial printers and 10 largest publication printers nationwide, Creel’s capabilities span full-color web and sheetfed printing; variable digital production; digital editioning; integrated publishing solutions; web-based storefronts; digital rights management; mobile marketing; and more.
