National Print Owners Association Issues Call for Speakers for Its 2014 Conference

Melbourne, FL – The National Print Owners Association (NPOA), the printing industry’s fastest growing association, has issued a Call for Speakers for its Second Annual Owners Conference February 27 to March 1, 2014 in Fort Lauderdale, FL at the Renaissance Plantation Resort. It is also seeking “table-top” exhibitors for the event themed “Sprint Break 2014.”  Deadline for submission of session proposals is September 15, 2013.

“We plan to offer attendees a broad spectrum of topics dealing with the concerns of our members,” says Executive Director John Stewart. “Potential speakers should keep in mind that the sessions should be geared towards the ‘small-format’ commercial printing and digital graphics segment of the printing industry.”

 Among the potential topics for speakers are: offset and digital press production, sales and marketing, management, mailing services, sign production and large format printing and imaging, design and creative, Web and interactive, and InDesign and publishing. Says NPOA President Jace Prejean “We want to build on the success of our 2013 conference by attracting quality speakers and vendors who can assist us in reaching the goal of providing information that attendees can immediately act upon when they return to their businesses.”

All proposals are subject to review and will be selected based on relevance to this market segment. Presentations of a commercial nature or promoting a particular product or platform will not be considered. Those interested should email submissions containing the following required information: suggested session title, 50-word description, list of targeted attendees, three to five sentences about what attendees will learn, a short speaker biography, and complete contact information.
