Specialty Media for Toner Fusion Print Devices

WHEELING, IL – Midland Paper, Packaging and Supplies, one of North America's largest independent distributors of media for business communications, is excited to announce the addition of the following sheetfed digital substrates for Toner Fusion print devices (e.g., Xerox, Canon, Kodak, Konica Minolta):

• Synthetic Paper  -  Available in 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mil gauges, Synthetic Paper is an inexpensive alternative to Polyester films and is a great fit for digital applications where folding, die-cutting, foil stamping and other finishing techniques are required.  These products print exceptionally well on production toner fusion printers and offer a more durable alternative to paper.

• Rigid Vinyl - Available in 10 and 15 mil thicknesses, these PVC products are extremely durable and tear resistant.  Rigid Vinyl is bright white and die-cuts very well, making it a perfect choice for many POP applications such as shelf talkers, aisle danglers or outdoor signage.

• Xquisite Film - A 10 mil rigid synthetic film, Xquisite (manufactured by MGX) is a multi-use, bright white product.  When combined with lamination, it fulfills rigid card and tag requirements.  It is also a great option for menus, signage and a variety of applications where water and tear resistance are critical.

• Xquisite Onyx Film - A 10 mil block out synthetic film, Xquisite Onyx (manufactured by MGX) is perfect for light blocking applications such as two-way in/out signs, playing cards and two sided print pieces.  Xquisite Onyx has all the same durability characteristics of Xquisite.
