Press release from the issuing company

Carol Stream, IL - Publishers’ Graphics announced today that it has acquired Corley Printing, a 4th generation family owned book manufacturing company located in Earth City, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis.  Corley Printing offers web, offset and digital book printing primarily to the education, commercial, and religious markets.

The expansion provides an additional 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space as well as expanded facilities for warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution. Providing more targeted publishing solutions for its customers was a primary goal of the acquisition.

Nick Lewis, President of Publishers’ Graphics stated: “This acquisition will significantly enhance our print capacity while at the same time leverage our existing strengths in technology, workflow automation and customization.” He added, “Corley Printing’s central location make it attractive in terms of fulfillment and distribution with many more options now available for our customers including web offset printing and additional bindery services.”

“We are thrilled at the prospect of integrating PG’s technological advantage into traditional offset book printing,” said Walker Deibel, CEO of Corley Printing.   “By bringing PG’s cutting edge POD infrastructure to our organization, we can create efficiencies and manufacturing choices at any print quantity.  I’m excited to stay on at the new company because PG is literally defining the future of book printing,” he added.

The corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing facility of Publishers’ Graphics will remain in Carol Stream, Illinois, just outside of Chicago.

As a leader in POD and short-run printing for publishers, Publishers’ Graphics brings innovative procedures and workflows to book creation.  Providing customized solutions to its customers has made PG a go-to resource for publishers around the world.   Headquartered in Carol Stream, IL, PG has in-plant satellite operations in Florence, Kentucky, and St. Louis, Missouri, and distributes its products in multiple countries through strategic partnerships.
