Page Technology Group Strengthens and Expands Its Organization to Accommodate for Growth

Press release from the issuing company

Changes enable the organization to meet increased demand from customers seeking to get the most out of their web-to-print-solution, with a focus on supporting users of Pageflex Storefront

Sioux Falls, South Dakota – Page Technology Group (PTG), a leader in providing software services to customers in the graphic arts and marketing industries, has announced updates to key roles at their organization in response to increased demand for their services. These changes enable PTG to streamline operations and improve service levels to customers seeking to get the most out of their investment in web-to-print solutions.

“In the past year, we’ve seen demand for our services skyrocket,” states Richard Spencer, Principal at PTG, “This increased demand comes from customers who have adopted a web-to-print solution but are not getting the kind of results they expected. All too often, print and marketing service providers don’t have the technical expertise to fully exploit all that their solutions can offer. That’s where we come in. We provide programming, development, training, and support that can guide them through the process of using technology to expand their service offerings and better support their clients with technical, market-driven, solutions.”

As customers seek to break out of that model and do more with web-to-print, they increasingly turn to companies like PTG. To support that trend, the strategic roles at the company now include:

Richard Spencer, Principal, works collaboratively with customers to develop, design, and provide software solutions and services packages. With over 20 years of experience in print industry, Richard offers clients Pageflex custom development and training services designed to help them increase the value of their investment in Pageflex.

Albert Brooks will manage the marketing effort for the Company as Director of Marketing.  In this role, Albert will oversee the business development opportunities for the organization.

Mike Johnson, Partner, provides clients with network infrastructure and programming solutions.

James Jacobson works with clients to help them maximize their return on investment using the range of services PTG provides.

Brian Thompson, Superintendent, ITS Document Services at Northern Illinois University has used the services of PTG extensively, including training, customization, Pageflex Storefront hosting, and Pageflex Campaign Manager Services.  He says, “With the services provided by Page Technology Group, we were able to develop an automated solution that enabled us to streamline the ordering and production of our documents and ensure brand consistency. This solution enabled us to reduce the labor of the order entry team by 40%, while increasing our annual jobs by 17% and quarterly revenues by 10%.  These exceptional results not only made us happy, they also made our customer base happy.”
