CLEVELAND – Proforma is pleased to announce an exciting line-up of featured guest speakers scheduled to appear at the  Proforma Convention and Family Reunion in Las Vegas, July 21 – 24, 2012 at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino. Communications expert, entrepreneur and author, Niurka, will be the keynote speaker, while additional featured guest speakers include PPAI President, Paul Bellantone, business coach, Lisa Leitch, business strategist, Dave Fellman and National Women Business Owners Corporation representative, Rachel Owens.

Niurka, the author of Supreme Influence, inspires and empowers people to live powerfully through purposeful communication. She was a former top corporate trainer for Tony Robbins and launched her own company in 2000 offering courses, seminars, retreats and multi-media curriculums which improve communication skills and transform lives.

Paul Bellantone, CAE, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). He works alongside the PPAI Board of Directors to advance the promotional products industry and to increase advocacy for industry professionals. Bellantone is also an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives, the American Marketing Association and more.

Lisa Leitch, Founder and President of Teneo Results, specializes in helping her clients have purposeful sales conversations to really understand their client’s goals, becoming a valued partner and not just another salesperson. Her expertise and focused approach helps clients reach new levels through cutting edge strategic sales training and coaching programs.

Dave Fellman is the president of David Fellman & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing that serves various areas of the graphic arts industry. He has worked as a consultant for more than 24 years. Along with consulting, Fellman is a noted trainer, speaker and author. He wrote the book “Listen to the Dinosaur,” which discusses the basic fundamentals of sales, and has written articles for several publications on topics such as management, sales and marketing.

Rachel Owens is the National Women Business Owners Corporation’s (NWBOC) premier site visitor and has worked with more than 100 women business owners to obtain their WBE certification. In 1993, Rachel helped establish The Family Business Council at California State Fullerton. She holds the professional designation of Certified Family Business Specialist from The American College, is a founding member of the OC Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and has served as President and Membership Chair.
