e-LYNXX Chair Delivers Message on Future of Government Printing at Xplor

Press release from the issuing company

OCTOBER  30, 2003 - ATLANTA - e-LYNXX Corporation Chairman and CEO William A. Gindlesperger stressed the importance for the Government Printing Office to maintain a fair, open and competitive procurement system as the 143-year old Federal Government organization moves into a new era.  The comments were made this week during the Annual Xplor Conference' Government Printing Forum at the World Congressional Center in Atlanta. Echoing comments from GPO Public Printer Bruce R. James, Gindlesperger said the GPO is taking positive steps by offering new and better services that Federal Agency personnel "require, deserve, and to which they should have instantaneous access".  Gindlesperger praised Public Printer James for leading GPO in the right direction by looking at the printing industry of the future and swiftly making changes as GPO to best handle its mission to produce, either internally or through contracts with the private sector, and then distribute information products and services for all three branches of the Federal Government. Gindlesperger also stressed the importance for GPO  to maintain a fair, open, and competitive system with access to all printing jobs that meet printers individual production and schedule requirements.
