HardingPoorman Named One of the 2013 Best Places to Work in Indiana

Press release from the issuing company

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Thanks to their innovative employee programs, HardingPoorman was recently recognized and honored as one of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2013 Best Places to Work in Indiana for the 5th consecutive year. HardingPoorman received their highest ranking so far by placing 4th out of 28 finalists statewide in the medium-size category (75–249 employees).

“Of course we believe our people are the greatest,” said HardingPoorman CEO David Harding. “We listen to each person, focusing on continuous improvement not only in our processes but our values and culture. Each year we conduct an employee survey to measure where we are headed versus where we have been. According to our people, we have come a long way. Our purpose is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our employees.”

“We all share in the hard work of building a great company for future generations of associates, including bonuses for every staff member,” said President Steve Anzalone. “It’s really a very simple formula: as long as we take care of our staff members, they will take care of each other and our customers.”

The honorees were chosen through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys, with Best Companies Group managing the process, analyzing the data and determining the final ranking. Created in 2006 to identify and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, the Best Places to Work in Indiana program is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside Indiana Business, the Indiana Youth Institute, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group.
