Nashua Launches Phase III Of Nashua Advantage Web-Based Ordering Network

Press release from the issuing company

NASHUA, NH, October 29, 2003  -- Nashua Corporation, a premier manufacturer and marketer of thermal specialty papers, labels and imaging products, announced today that it has launched Phase III of its Web-based ordering network, Nashua Advantage. New options are available for all customers as well as additional features for those that already have Advantage accounts. Nashua Advantage is a free, user-friendly system that allows customers with Internet access to order specialty paper products, labels and transaction supplies. The system provides customers with the ability to enter a purchase order number, select a ship-to location and specify the desired stock numbers and quantities. Web orders can be placed around the clock and are transmitted directly to Nashua's fulfillment center.  All customers can now receive an order confirmation, shipping notice and tracking information for every order through e-mail. All that is required is an e-mail address, account number and name. The shipping notice contains a direct link to the carrier's web site so delivery details can be easily accessed on the Internet. For customers who prefer to place their orders by telephone and fax, an e-mail only account allows them to use these new options. For customers who already use the Nashua Advantage system, there are a number of new options, including different types of confirmation, printer-friendly order screens, and an order history. Nashua will provide customized e-mails for customers' drop ships, including order confirmation, shipping notice, tracking and pricing. To assist in the ordering process, a direct link to Nashua's e-catalog is also available so that stock numbers can be easily accessed.
