Western States Envelope & Label Receives Sixth Consecutive PEAK Award in 2013

Press release from the issuing company

Butler, WI - Many often say three’s a charm, but Western States Envelope & Label will contest that six is even better. That’s because they received a Print Excellence and Knowledge (PEAK) Award in 2013, making this their sixth year in a row.

Western States earned a Grand Award in the Labels/Tags category for a unique product label for “Big Papa Dill Pickles.” Since these pickles are sold from convenient store and concession stand counters, this 4 x 6 product container label had to successfully withstand constant wiping and cleaning of pickle juices. This is just one example of how Western States helps customers find the right products for their needs.

Hosted by the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA), the PEAK Awards highlight unique and successful print applications. This prestigious competition honors print professionals who provide their customers with outstanding, value-added products and services that creatively solve challenges and improve business functions.

"Receiving a PEAK for six consecutive years is amazing," noted Mark Lemberger, President & CEO of Western States Envelope & Label. "I am so proud of the daily dedication and partnerships I see between our customers and employees."

PEAK awards were presented at the 2013 Distributor Solutions Expo on May 9 at Navy Pier in Chicago, IL. For more about the 2013 PEAK Awards and recipients, go to www.pdsa.org.
