Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Innerworkings

Friday, May 10, 2013

Press release from the issuing company

NEW YORK - Harwood Feffer LLP is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Innerworkings, Inc. ("Innerworkings" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: INWK), concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders.

Media reports in the wake of a recent earnings miss suggest that the Company's internal controls over accounting may be inadequate.  As a result, the Company's financial statements may not be reliable.

Company stock has lost nearly 1/3 of its value since April 16, 2013.

Our investigation concerns whether the Company board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.

If you own Innerworkings shares and wish to discuss this matter with us, or have any questions concerning your rights and interests with regard to this matter, please contact:
