Quality Associates, a provider of contract packaging solutions, announces that Steve Bowden has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer effective April 2nd. He will report to the Board of Directors and will manage all aspects of ongoing business operations. 

Bowden comes to QA after more than 26 years with International Paper. He served IP in various manufacturing and commercial roles including Mill Manager at the company’s Augusta, GA, mill and Business Manager for the Coated Paperboard Division.

Bowden joined xpedx, IP’s distribution business, as Vice President and General Manager of the Stores division in 2006. He was named Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategy and an Officer of International Paper in 2010.

Steve, his wife Susan, and their three daughters will continue to reside in Mason, OH.
