AVT to Demo Inspection Solutions at FEIPLASTIC in Brazil

Hod-Hasharon, Israel – Advanced Vision Technology (AVT), the world leader in print process control, quality assurance and color control for the packaging, labels, folding cartons and commercial print markets, will demonstrate its advanced   inspection solutions at FEIPLASTIC in Brazil on May 20-24, 2013 on stand L84.

AVT’s 100% inspection platforms will be demonstrated live at the AVT stand. Demonstrations will include PrintVision / Apollo II, the 100% inspection platform for wide web packaging applications, and PrintVision / Helios II the 100% inspection platform for labels and narrow web. Both platforms are designed to work on printing presses or any type of finishing systems, supporting any substrate and any print application.

In addition to the high-end inspection capabilities and ease-of-use, the following additional essential features will be demonstrated in parallel to inspection:

IΔeal - DELTA E COLOR MEASUREMENT – enables printers to monitor their colors throughout the print run, measuring color targets as well as in-image areas.

JobRef - JOB VERIFICATION – using the original PDF file to automatically verify the job content during set-up, making sure the right job and correct plates are used.

RLT - REPEAT LENGTH TREND – monitoring the repeat length for any deviations larger than the defined thresholds, ensuring no surprises at the next bagging and pouching processes.

Additional AVT solutions and features include detailed reporting and archiving, connectivity to MIS systems, and a complete workflow solution from press to rewinder.
