Avery Dennison Announces Early Termination of Waiting Period for Sale of Two Businesses to CCL Industries

Pasadena, CA - Avery Dennison Corporation announced today that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for the company’s proposed sale of its Office and Consumer Products (OCP) and Designed and Engineered Solutions (DES) businesses to CCL Industries Inc.

The companies will continue to work toward closing and expect to complete the sale in mid-2013.
