Bell and Howell and TEC Mailing Solutions Announce New Premier Partner Agreement

Press release from the issuing company

Durham, N.C. – Bell and Howell, a leading provider of solutions and services for paper-based and digital messaging, and TEC Mailing Solutions, the industry’s premier Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, have announced a Premier Partner agreement that will extend the reach of Bell and Howell’s leading BCC Mail Manager™ and Datavolve™ solutions.

TEC will integrate Bell and Howell’s BCC Mail Manager Full Service™ and Datavolve solutions into its suite of SaaS offerings to further enhance its end-to-end, cost-effective list management processing services.

“The evolution of technology and how companies deliver their solutions to the market continues to expand. By working with strategic partners like TEC Mailing, we can extend the value of our solutions to a broader audience,” said Chris Lien, Bell and Howell Vice President of Software Solutions. “TEC Mailing’s approach is leading the way for the mailing software community, and we are excited to be a part of its platform approach and growth.”

“As TEC Mailing Solutions continues to provide industry-leading technologies, we required a partner with the tools to support the performance and diversity that our clients (and their clients) demand,” said Brian Euclide, TEC Mailing Solutions President. “Bell and Howell’s commitment to the industry, its customers, and the deployment of new technologies like SaaS makes them the obvious choice.”

BCC Mail Manager Full Service delivers an exclusive suite of comprehensive mail-preparation services and delivers all of the Intelligent Mail functionality that mailers need to immediately achieve the benefits of Full-Service IMb™. Datavolve provides address standardization and validation, virtually eliminating address errors in existing databases and in new addresses that enter the system.

These solutions will be integrated into TEC Mailing Solutions’ TEC Web Services application programming interface (API), which powers its proprietary hosted portals: MaiListCleaner®, MailPreparer®, and TECAgora®. TEC’s Web services API is the industry’s only N+1 API allowing third-party software vendors to embed list processing functionality, without manual intervention, into nearly any platform including CRM, MIS, W2P, VDP and more.
