CHICAGO, IL—February 23, 2004— TotalWorks Incorporated, an industry leader in providing web-enabled digital collateral publishing solutions to businesses, has announced the recent hiring of Jim Ugarte as Vice President Of Business Development. Ugarte brings almost 20 years of sales management experience in the marketplace to this position with the industry’s leading digital collateral publishing solutions provider. Prior to joining Totalworks, Ugarte worked in a variety of sales, project management and programming positions, including more than a decade with SAP America, with leading companies like Follet College Stores, and Walgreens. Ugarte joins TotalWorks from Cyber World Solutions where he most recently served as the Business Development Manager. His client solution experience includes such companies as Trans Atlanta, Accenture, Anheuser-Busch and Molex. He began his career at Walgreen’s where he was a programmer/analyst. He then progressed through a series of increasingly responsible IT related positions before joining SAP America. Ugarte holds a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
