Kaleva Oy modernize with stitchers from Tolerans

Kaleva Oy has equipped their new manroland Colorman with six Tolerans SPEEDLINER® 2.0 ribbon stitchers and two SPEEDLINER® 2.0 cylinder stitchers.

In December 2012 Tolerans commissioned eight SPEEDLINER® 2.0 to Kaleva Printing in Oulu, Finland

Ribbon stitching enables production of stitched sectionized tabloid

The set-up gives Kaleva full flexibility to produce stitched sectionized tabloid in one press run.

“The requirement for reliable production was very high. We are happy to see that customers who wants to have a very reliable and cost effective production process chose Tolerans as their stitching supplier” says Jan Melin, CEO at Tolerans

“We have had a very good cooperation with manroland and the end customer during the whole process. Installation, commissioning and acceptance were achieved according to time plan."

Success for SPEEDLINER® 2.0 continues

With Speedliner 2.0, which was launched 2010,Tolerans has further strengthen the position as the world leader in in-line stitching.

With our new control system, the stitchers are even easier to operate. The new graphical user interface is very user friendly and intuitive.
